1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 1x Bat ("we", "us", "the Platform"). 3 Account Registration

You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

4 Deposits and Payments

1x Bat accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. These are the only supported payment methods on the platform. Deposits are credited to your 1x Bat account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your 1x Bat account are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect the security of your funds. Withdrawals to a different account or payment method than the one used for deposit will not be processed.

1x Bat does not charge withdrawal fees. Processing times depend on the payment provider but most withdrawals are completed within a few hours of approval. In some cases, particularly for larger withdrawal amounts, additional verification may be required before processing.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

8 Prohibited Conduct

9 Account Suspension and Closure

If your account is suspended, you will be notified by email and given the opportunity to respond. If the suspension is upheld following review, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification requirements being met.

You may also request to close your own 1x Bat account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any remaining real-money balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method before closure.
